CUSTOMCARE WATER TECHNOLOGIES CustomCare Water Technologies, Inc. located in Neenah, WI engineers and manufactures a complete line of water conditioning equipment including: Water Softeners, Water Filters, Reverse Osmosis Systems, Dealkalizers and Deionizers.
C41 Series Water Softeners:
- Twin alternating duplex softener system
- Mineral tank capacities range from 22,500 Grain to 450,000 Grain removal
- Continuous flow rates to 32 GPM; Peak flow rates to 42 GPM
- (2) Corrosion resistant mineral tanks of fiberglass reinforced polyester are manifolded together with one top mounted solid brass control valve for both tanks
- Continuous soft water 24 hours/day with one unit in service and the other unit in stand-by
- Meter initiated regeneration - system regenerates only when required based on total gallon water usage
C42 Series Water Softeners:
- Single, twin and triplex alternating and parallel water flow softener systems
- Mineral tank capacities range from 30,000 Grain to 1,200,000 Grain removal
- Corrosion resistant mineral tanks constructed of fiberglass reinforced polyester
- Continuous flow rates to 213 GPM; Peak flow rates to 277 GPM each tank
- Each mineral tank includes a top mounted solid brass control valve
- Time clock or meter initiated regeneration
C44 Series Water Softeners:
- Single, twin and triplex alternating and parallel flow water softener systems
- Mineral tank capacities range from 150,000 Grain to 1,050,000 Grain removal
- Continuous flow rates to 190 GPM; Peak flow rates to 277 GPM each tank
- Electric welded, low carbon steel pressure vessel with epoxy lining and prime coat exterior finishes (ASME code vessels and non-code vessels available)
- Combination salt storage and brine measuring system with automatic control and salt shelf, standard
- Factory assembled individual diaphragm valve nest arrangements for control of water flow through the system
- Meter initiated regeneration
C52 and C54 Series Water Filters:
- Activated Carbon – Removal of chlorine, sediment and organics
- Agracleer – Removal of typical suspended matter
- Acid Neutralizer – Neutralization of corrosive acidic water, increases alkalinity and pH
- Manganese Greensand – Removal of both oxidized iron and iron in solution
- Multi-Layer – Removal of both heavy sediment and suspended matter
